International Shipping Inquiries
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid shipping address within the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
Q: What should I do if my shipment is delayed?
A: Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are in the carrier’s hands. Weather events, holidays, and localized carrier issues can cause unexpected delays. Please continue to monitor your tracking link; we cannot expedite a package once it is in transit.
Q: My package is marked as delivered, but I don’t have it. What now?
A: Check with neighbors, building management, or around your property first. If it is still missing, file a claim directly with the carrier to trace the package — carrier determinations are final for packages marked delivered.
Q: My package was lost in transit or arrived damaged. What are my options?
A: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents, and we may at our discretion arrange a one-time replacement. If tracking confirms the carrier lost your shipment before delivery, contact us and we may at our discretion send a replacement. As covered in our Refund & Replacement Policy, all sales are final and replacements are the only remedy — refunds are not provided.
