Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area — United States Only

PepDaddy ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not make exceptions. All shipments originate within the United States.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times exclude weekends and holidays. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders with incomplete information, failed verification, or suspected policy violations.

3. Carriers & Methods

We ship via major national carriers. The carrier and service level for each shipment are selected at fulfillment based on destination and availability, and we may change carriers where needed to complete delivery. Delivery estimates shown by carriers are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

4. Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation.

5. Research Materials Notice

All products are packaged and shipped as laboratory research materials in discreet packaging. Products are not labeled as drugs, supplements, or medical products and are not for human or animal use. The buyer assumes full responsibility for proper storage, safe handling, lawful use, and appropriate disposal upon delivery.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once a carrier marks a package Delivered, PepDaddy’s responsibility ends — if a package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly to file a claim; carrier determinations are final. For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier (tracking never shows delivery) or arriving damaged, limited discretionary replacement remedies are described in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or by forwarding services. Packages returned to sender due to address errors, refused delivery, or failure to claim may require payment of reshipping fees or may be forfeited at our discretion.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

PepDaddy is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
