All products sold by PepDaddy are strictly for laboratory research purposes only — not for human or animal consumption, nor any diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you will use all products solely for research and accept the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds — including sterility, temperature, and handling concerns — all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, PepDaddy does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. The limited replacement remedies below are the sole exceptions, and each is a replacement remedy only — none creates an entitlement to a refund.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders begin processing promptly after payment. Once an order has been packed or shipped it cannot be canceled or modified. If you notice an error in your order, contact us immediately through our Contact page; we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
3. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, report it through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the packaging and contents. Verified damage claims may, at our sole discretion, be resolved with a one-time replacement shipment at no cost. Refunds are not provided.
4. Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your shipment has stalled and it is confirmed as lost by the carrier (tracking never shows delivery), contact us through our Contact page. Carrier-confirmed losses may, at our sole discretion, be resolved with a replacement shipment at no cost. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier directly to file a claim — packages marked delivered are outside our control, and carrier determinations are final.
5. Purity Replacement
We stand behind the quality of our compounds. If an accredited third-party analytical laboratory tests your product and the results show purity below the listed specification, we will, upon verification, replace the affected vial(s) at no cost. Requirements: the claim must be submitted through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and include the complete laboratory report (compound name, batch/lot number, test method, and results). Replacement only — no refunds. Claims are subject to review, and submission does not guarantee approval.
6. Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree to contact us to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy on orders that were fulfilled as described will be contested with order records and delivery confirmation, and may result in account restriction.
7. Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and to the research-use-only terms in our Terms of Service.
